Gold Membership Cancellation Rights

You may revoke your declaration to conclude a contract within a period of two weeks in written form (email) without stating a reason. The period begins upon receipt of these instructions in written form, but not before conclusion of the contract, nor before the fulfilment of our duties to furnish information. The timely dispatch of the cancellation shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the cancellation term. The cancellation is to be directed to:

Consequences of Cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation, all performances received by either party shall be returned and any benefits derived shall be surrendered. Should you not be able to release the service rendered either completely or partially or only in a declined condition, you will have to render value replacement in this respect, if applicable. Obligations to reimburse payments are to be met within a period of 30 days. For you, the period begins upon dispatch of your statement of cancellation, for us, upon receipt thereof. The right of withdrawal does not expire prematurely with the performance of the service.
