Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

If something doesn’t work, clearing your browser’s cache or cookies often helps. The instructions for clearing cache and cookies are specific to each browser.
Find the two most common instructions below. If none of these work for you, you can find the instructions for your browser online or ask your parents for help!

1) In Internet Explorer (IE 8):
Click on "Safety" and delete the browsing history. Check the box for "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies," and click "Delete".

For older versions of Internet Explorer:
Click on "Tools" > Internet Options. Choose "Delete browsing history" and click "OK".
Restart your browser and log on to Oloko.

2) In Mozilla Firefox:
Click on "Tools" > Delete browsing history. Check the box for "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies", and click "Delete/OK".
Restart your browser and log on to Oloko.

I am already registered on Panfu

If you already have a Panda on Panfu, you can use your login data to log on to Oloko.
To do that, just enter your Panfu user name and your password at login and you are ready to play on Oloko.

How to activate your Gold Membership

You can activate your Gold Membership within the game. To do that, please give your child the activation code that you received within your payment confirmation.

Here is how it works:

  • Log on to Oloko with the user that you wish to activate the Gold Membership for.
  • Now click on the golden crown at the top right of your screen.
  • Here you can enter your activation code under "Enter Activation Code" on the left-hand side. After that, click on OK and log in again. Now you're a Gold Member.

Is the chat moderated and safe?
