Change gender

You can enter your gender once during the registration process on Oloko.

Change user name

You cannot change your user name, so consider carefully which name you choose - and make sure not to choose a name that could hurt or insult others.

Change password

You can easily change your password. Just follow the instructions provided on the Settings page.

Change date of birth

You can change your birthday within the game. To do that, go to your profile in your mobile phone and click on the pencil beside your birthday.

Change email address

You can change your email address on the Settings page, but for security reasons, you still need to have access to your old email address. If your old email address no longer exists, please contact our Support Team. They will be happy to provide assistance!

Newsletter and email from Oloko

On the Settings Page, you can choose if you want to receive the Oloko Newsletter or other email notifications.
